Please note: check in, t-shirt distribution and the opening ceremony will be at the Hanson Exploration Station, adjacent to the Zoo parking lot.

How it Works
Join DMRF supporters from across New England, New York, and New Jersey to raise awareness of dystonia, funds to support the DMRF & connect the community so that no one has to face dystonia alone. Everyone who pays to register for the Connecticut Dystonia Zoo Day will also automatically be signed up for our Virtual Dystonia Zoo Day on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

If you cannot attend in person but would like to support a team, please make a team donation or sign up for the FREE virtual event on October 14.

Cost
Fees: $25 for Adults /$15 for children (12 yrs and under).
Registration Includes Access to the zoo, refreshments, and a t-shirt.

New Fundraising Opportunities

-All new teams of 10+, will have funds matched.
-All new sponsorships will be matched 2:1.

Every registrant will receive a t-shirt but only registrants on teams of 10 or more will receive a personalized t-shirt. All registrations must be received by August 1 to ensure that your t-shirt will be available. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up on the morning of the event during registration.
